Throughout my career journey as a diplomat, I have worked with numerous successful people, including business owners. Recently, I talked to several founders in different industries. There are 5 common traits among these high-achievers.

2️⃣ Personal Growth: Your level of success will rarely exceed your level of personal development. Investing in yourself is an investment in your future.

3️⃣ Problem-Solving: Founders are exceptional problem solvers. They thrive on challenges, viewing problems as opportunities to innovate. The better you can articulate the pain, the sooner you can find the solution.

4️⃣ Self-Leadership: Founders practice self-leadership by being intentional about their goals and setting a clear direction. They take ownership in their field.

5️⃣ Decision-Making: Successful people make quick and clear decisions. As soon as you make that decision, all the mental laws kick in and begin to work on your behalf.
