About Me
Alicia draws on her career as a diplomat, combined with her experience of working with a wide range of organizations across sectors, to raise awareness, catalyze collaboration, and develop effective leadership and teams.
Throughout her journey spanning over two decades, Alicia has specialized in bridging connections and adapting to change, with postings to Canada and Spain, as well as participating in missions and delegations to visit the US, Central America, the Caribbean, and Asia. These experiences equipped her with leadership, negotiating skills, resilience, and the ability to deliver performance under challenging circumstances.
Alicia is currently working as a leadership coach and business consultant who challenges the often narrow lens we have on what's possible and sets out a new way of thinking and reframing success across business, personal development, and education.
