Alicia draws on her career as a diplomat, combined with her experience working with a wide range of organizations across sectors, to raise awareness, catalyze collaboration, and develop effective leadership and teams.

As a diplomat for over two decades, Alicia specialized in bridging connections, with postings in Canada and Spain, as well as participating in missions and delegations to the U.S., Central America, the Caribbean, and Asia. These experiences equipped her with leadership and negotiation skills, resilience, and the ability to deliver performance under challenging circumstances.

Alicia is currently working as a leadership coach and business consultant who challenges the often narrow lens through which we view what’s possible, setting out a new way of thinking and reframing success across business, personal development, and education.
